LANGDON, Mo. (DTN) -- Everyone talks about the weather, but doing anything about it can be hard. That's never been more apparent than in the weekly reports of View from the Cab farmers Becton Bell of Wilson, Ark., and Frank Zweber of Hoven, S.D.
